1. Scope of Services

CareOn24 provides professional home nursing care, general duty patient attendants, physiotherapy at home, and biomedical medical equipment on rental and purchase across Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram.

2. Clinical Disclaimer & Emergency Care

Home healthcare services are supportive in nature and do not replace emergency tertiary hospital facilities. In acute medical crises (cardiac arrest, severe unresponsiveness, acute trauma), families are instructed to immediately dial national emergency ambulances (102/108) or proceed to the nearest emergency room.

3. Staff Replacement Guarantee

In the event that a client is dissatisfied with an assigned nurse or caretaker, CareOn24 will arrange an alternative staff member within 24 to 48 hours without any additional replacement administrative fee.

4. Medical Equipment Care

Clients renting equipment (such as hospital beds, BiPAP, oxygen concentrators) agree to maintain the equipment in good functional condition. Any accidental damage will be evaluated based on fair inspection standards.
